Job summary

You will own delivery against schedules and budgets, mentor engineers, build strong client relationships, contribute to business development, and travel as needed to coordinate with colleagues worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or active progress toward a credential.
• Significant experience leading complex electrical and multidisciplinary MEP design for a range of building types.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Demonstrated client leadership, business development, and contribution to winning profitable work.
• Working knowledge of applicable US laws, regulations, codes, standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or comparable tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for the electrical engineering team and lead multidisciplinary design teams toward project objectives.
• Oversee technical delivery against schedules and budgets; manage project resources and plans.
• Maintain client relationships and contribute to sales and marketing to win profitable work.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers across the team; support compliance training.
• Collaborate with global offices and travel as needed to coordinate on projects.
