Job summary

The Foth Companies in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Electrical Engineering Co-op to apply classroom knowledge to real client projects. You will work with experienced engineers on hands‑on design and troubleshooting of systems.

The role runs Summer–Fall 2027 with potential travel to client sites. ABET‑accredited EE coursework, a 3.0+ GPA, and AutoCAD experience are preferred for applicants pursuing a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• GPA of 3.0 or greater.
• Previous experience with and/or coursework in AutoCAD.
• Previous experience with and/or coursework involving theory and/or programming of industrial PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Apply electrical engineering fundamentals while performing design tasks under the supervision of a lead engineer.
• Develop detailed electrical design drawings using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical software packages.
• Program PLC’s and HMI hardware.
• Assist with validation of the software and drawing databases.
