• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong theoretical knowledge and practical understanding of electrical engineering principles.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools such as Autodesk Fusion 360, LabVIEW, Eagle, Spice, Python, MATLAB, and Multisim
• Familiarity with defense industry standards and regulations (e.g., MIL-STD, DoD regulations).
• Experience with electrical testing and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently or with some direction
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Desired Skills/Other Considerations
• 1-3 Years of experience as an electrical engineer in the defense or manufacturing industry.
• Internship or co-op experience in electrical engineering.
• Familiarity with military systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of power distribution systems, sensor implementation, electronic design, cable design, control systems, or communication systems.
