Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Electrical Professional Engineer to lead design for water and wastewater projects. You’ll generate drawings, review equipment specifications, and verify vendor submittals while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams across locations.

You’ll also contribute to lighting design and BIM/CAD documentation using Revit, AutoCAD and MicroStation, with hybrid work options and strong professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5 years of professional electrical design experience, preferably water projects.
• Experience with low and medium voltage distribution.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and NFPA codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for water and wastewater facilities and review drawings.
• Generate and review electrical equipment drawings; approve vendor submittals.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams across offices on local and remote projects.
• Contribute to lighting design and BIM/CAD documentation using Revit, AutoCAD and MicroStation.
