Job summary

CyberCoders in Wolcottville, IN seeks an Electrical Engineer to support R&D in developing, validating, and launching electrical systems for next‑generation commercial vehicle platforms. You will design electrical schematics, specifications, and system designs, using CAD tools and collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project execution.

Hands-on support for installation, testing, diagnostics, and continuous improvement of electrical systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
Experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems in a manufacturing/vehicle environment
Proficiency with 3D CAD software for schematics and assemblies
Knowledge of electrical diagnostics, wiring, schematics, and problem-solving methodologies (A3, 8D)
Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Design, integrate, validate, and launch electrical systems for commercial vehicle platforms
Develop electrical schematics, specifications, and system designs using CAD tools
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Customers to meet requirements and resolve issues
Provide hands-on support for installation, testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics of electrical systems
Perform engineering analysis and validation to ensure performance, quality, and safety standards
