Job summary

The role involves field engineering, inspections, troubleshooting, and design modifications, supporting capital planning and storm response efforts. A bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and 1–3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates, calculations, designs, reports, specs, and construction documents for electric distribution and fiber systems.
• Apply engineering principles to develop cost-effective, reliable solutions.
• Perform field engineering, inspections, construction support, troubleshooting, and design modifications.
• Support long-range capital plans and storm response activities as required.
