Job description

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Austin, MN area for a local individual with 3+ years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer (PE Preferred) with a background in Utilities Infrastructure and Power Distribution. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K, Life insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 3+ years of Electrical Distribution and Project Engineering
• Experience with the Design, Coordination, and Maintenance of Electrical Utilities, including developing Specifications and Project Planning is a MUST
• Knowledge of engineering principles and practices as applied to substation engineering, design, and operation in the electric utility industry is a HUGE PLUS
• Experience leading or managing department staff; and training and evaluating employees is a PLUS
• Current PE or has the ability to obtain one within 1 year is a MUST
• EIT’s encouraged to apply
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is a MUST
