Job summary

M3 Engineering & Technology Corp. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to support daily management, guide engineers and designers, and ensure on-time, quality electrical deliverables.

The role requires collaboration with clients and field teams to align designs with project goals. The candidate should have a bachelor’s in electrical engineering, with hands-on experience in design, NEC compliance, and relevant software tools.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with hands-on experience in electrical design and project execution.
• Experience in electrical conceptual designs, methods and materials specifications.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools (Inventor, Revit) and MS Office.
• Skill in electrical analysis software such as SKM Power Tools or ETAP.
• Experience with power distribution, grounding, motor control, lighting, fire alarm and communications systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally; passport required.

Position Summary: Supports daily electrical project management, client interface, and provides direction to electrical engineers, designers, and production staff on the production of on time and quality-controlled project specific electrical deliverables.

Basic Duties

• Candidate will support daily electrical project management, interface with clients and direct designers in the development of electrical construction drawings, documents and project deliverables.
• Electrical conceptual and detailed designs, methods and materials specifications, electrical equipment application.
• NEC compliance, building code compliance, feasibility studies, adherence to budgets and schedules, cost estimating, field survey, construction administration
• Support of procurement and construction activities.
• Position will work under the direction of senior engineers.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or related field.
• Experience with electrical conceptual designs, methods and materials specifications.
• Working knowledge and experience using AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software such as Inventor, and or Revit, and MS office.
• proficiency with electrical analysis software such as SKM Power Tools or ETAP
• Previous experience with electrical power distribution, grounding, motor control, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems.
• Candidate must be able to travel, domestically & internationally, to other M3 offices and project sites to provide field support for new and ongoing projects.
• Must be able to work in a project team and maintain a project schedule, be a self-starter, detailed-oriented and have exceptional organizational skills.
• Must be able to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner and work in a team environment sharing roles and responsibilities, with limited supervision.
• Valid passport or the ability to obtain one is required.

• EIT, PE
• Experience with industrial /mining power distribution and building systems, motor controls, control systems and grounding.
• Previous mining experience
• Bilingual English / Spanish abilities
• Experience working on multidisciplinary design and construction projects.
