Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in electrical engineering, testing, or validation.
• Experience designing electrical test equipment and fixtures.
• Proficiency in developing and executing test procedures.
• Experience creating electrical schematics and cable harness drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical test equipment for validation and manufacturing.
• Create test procedures, plans, and documentation for testing.
• Perform electrical and functional testing for design validation.
• Support transition of products from development to production.
• Create and maintain schematics, assembly drawings, and cable harness drawings.
• Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and test setups during development and production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet standards and safety regs.
