Develop controls and provide technical support for industrial printing equipment. Candidates must live near Cincinnati, OH and be available for occasional travel. This position combines PLC programming, electrical controls design, machine troubleshooting and professional customer support, with no supervisory responsibilities.
Create or modify PLC, servo-motion and touchscreen programs to support machine performance. Design panel layouts, wiring schematics and bills of material using CAD. Assist the assembly team with machine startup and debugging, and support service colleagues with installation and field work.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems remotely, including printing quality, tolerances and specifications. Resolve installation questions and replacement-part issues. Research and document customer equipment problems in JIRA for the global service organization, complete equipment-finalization documentation, and develop manuals and support material.
Bring an organized, detail-oriented approach to technical problems. Communicate findings clearly, manage your time under pressure, and work effectively both independently and with a team.

B&R experience is a plus. Willingness to complete a drug screen and background check. Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.
