Job summary

Hera Lighting L.P. seeks a proactive Technical Support & Development Engineer in Norcross, GA to bridge advanced engineering with real-world lighting applications. You will handle hands-on testing, quality control, and manufacturing collaboration while training under an Engineering Manager.

You will interpret CAD drawings, draft BOMs, and author instructions to support development, sales, and onboarding. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential as you coordinate with overseas

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or EET required; recent grads with portfolio encouraged.
• 2–3 years of practical experience in technical support, testing, or hardware engineering preferred, but potential matters more than years.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via calls and emails; diagnose deployment issues and advise on lighting solutions.
• Interpret 3D CAD drawings to create BOMs, connection diagrams, and user manuals for customers and sales.
• Conduct product testing in laboratory environments, modify samples for bench equipment, and support qualification activities.
