The ideal candidate should have 5–10+ years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and power system analysis software, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. The compensation ranges from $90,000 to $150,000.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus in power systems, renewable energy, or substations.
• Proficiency in various power system analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Design high-voltage systems including substations and utility-scale renewables.
• Lead projects from kickoff to completion with multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and prepare technical documentation.
