Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Huntsville, AL is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Level 3 or 4) to support the GMD Weapon System hardware engineering team in an Agile environment. You will perform E3 analysis, develop CDRLs, write test plans, and lead design efforts to meet program milestones.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in STEM with 5+ years of related experience (or Master’s with 3+) and an active U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM is required with 5+ years of related experience or Master’s with 3+ years; PhD if applicable.
• Experience with E3 and HEMP testing and analysis.
• Active DoD clearance and ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses in accordance with industry and military standards.
• Lead design efforts and develop technical reports for milestone reviews.
• Review and generate engineering documentation including drawings and test reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and approve analyses to meet customer requirements.
