Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer for Renewable Energy (EPC) to design, create, and review Solar PV electrical drawings. You will support project management and business development with technical requests and ensure NEC compliance across projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years in Solar, and strong knowledge of PV systems, SCADA, and AutoCAD. PE preferred and NABCEP is a bonus. This on-site position is based in Maryland.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; emphasis on software integration, automation, and industrial controls.
5+ years in Solar/Electrical; PE preferred.
Strong knowledge of PV systems, NEC requirements, construction practices.
Knowledge of SCADA systems and networking architecture (DNP3, Modbus, SEL equipment). AutoCAD is a must.
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of storage and battery systems.
NABCEP certification is a major bonus for compensation.
