Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in software engineering or equivalent role.

Responsibilities

• Catch the JavaScript race conditions that surface under peak traffic in Santa Fe.
• Coordinate releases with stakeholders across Santa Fe, NM and remote teams.
• Ship the Go rewrite that reduces Meta's technical debt.
• Replace Node.js solution with a resilient MySQL-based approach for Santa Fe scale.
• Build Time Management self-service tools for Santa Fe teams to reduce tickets.
• Investigate latency spikes and optimize system performance.
• Spike a Rust PoC to inform Yes/No decisions, fast.
• Support migration of on-premise services to a cloud-native architecture.
