Electrical Engineer/Scientist – Electrical Engineering & Computer Science

Responsibilities
- Perform electrical engineering consulting for projects related to power systems, renewable energy, residential, commercial, and industrial equipment; electrical work practices; control systems; battery systems; consumer products; and electrical installations.
- Generate and conduct testing protocols in laboratory and field settings.
- Investigate failures, identify preventive measures, and enhance product safety.
- Communicate technical information to diverse audiences, including preparing technical reports and presentations.

- Circuit analysis and/or system design
- Power electronics and/or systems
- Control systems
- Embedded systems
- Root‑cause/failure analysis
- Consumer product design
- Industrial process control
Skills and Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience with electronics hardware and/or software development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple projects simultaneously in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience designing, constructing, and performing tests in a laboratory setting.
- Ability to gather information and convey technical conclusions to engineering, business, and related audiences.
- Presently legally authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship or processing required.
Salary Range
USD $132,000 – $154,000 per year
