Job summary

NEURA Robotics in Germany seeks a hands-on Electrical Engineer to bridge electronics and software for our cognitive and humanoid robots, and to advance production‑relevant electrical and testing systems.

You will design electrical equipment, cable harnesses, and measurement tooling, implement safe, standards‑compliant modifications for series production, and collaborate with software and plant engineering teams to enable scalable automation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
• Proven experience in electrical/electronic/mechatronic system development
• Familiarity with PLM and eCAD workflows
• Strong knowledge of EMC/ESD protection and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical equipment, test adapters, and automated test systems for manufacturing humanoid robotic systems.
• Design electrical components, cable harnesses, circuit diagrams, wiring plans, and eCAD documentation per standards.
• Implement electrical modifications to improve assembly efficiency, testability, and safety in production.
• Support production during commissioning, troubleshooting, and validation of new electrical equipment and test benches.
• Collaborate with electronics, software, and plant engineering teams to ensure electrical requirements and regulatory compliance.
