Job Description

• Serve as the primary engineering representative at the supplier’s, motor, and launch controller assembly manufacturing.
• Monitor day to day production activities, build status, and delivery schedules.
• Identify risks to schedule or quality and drive timely resolutions.
• Verify supplier compliance with aerospace standards.
• Monitor build progress, test yields, rework cycles, and process adherence.
• Review and validate manufacturing documentation including travelers, test reports, and inspection records.
• Track production milestones, identify blockers, and support recovery plans.
• Collaborate with supplier operations, manufacturing engineering, quality, and procurement.
• Provide daily or weekly status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Escalate technical risks early with clear impact assessments.
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with supplier personnel.
