Job summary

Hunter Recruiting is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support production, testing, and engineering activities for aerospace electronic assemblies in both military and commercial sectors.

The role involves troubleshooting production issues, supporting manufacturing operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for aerospace electronics products. Evening/weekend work and travel may be required (<5%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in electronics design, manufacturing, or assembly in a regulated industry.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing and assembly defects.
• Familiarity with MRB processing and non-conforming product investigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve issues for aerospace electronic products.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and laboratory testing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams and suppliers during the production process.
• Analyze troubleshooting trends and first-pass yield data to support product improvement.
