Job summary

ENERCON is seeking enthusiastic Electrical Engineers to join our Naperville, IL team and contribute to power systems design for energy projects. You will evaluate facilities, interface with multiple engineering disciplines, and help manage budgets, schedules, and QA deliverables.

Travel to client sites is required as projects advance. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in electrical engineering, with a willingness to start in the near term and a strong foundation in core concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university.
• Ability to start in 1–2 months or sooner.
• Solid foundation in core electrical engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate power systems at power-generating facilities.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines on projects.
• Manage budget, scope, schedule, and quality with minimal oversight.
