• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated design fundamentals and real-world circuit behavior understanding.
• Open to entry to senior levels with strong fundamentals and hands-on skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop power electronics hardware, including motor controllers and power stages.
• Perform schematic capture and PCB layout for high-voltage, mixed-signal boards.
• Lead or support worst-case analysis, thermal management, and EMI/EMC considerations.
• Collaborate with firmware and test teams for hardware-software integration.
• Prepare design documentation, change records, and test evidence.
