#twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking an Electrical Engineer near Milwaukee, WI, with a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering to join a manufacturing team. This role focuses on new product design and development in power electronics and magnetics. Training in advanced engineering concepts will be provided.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and will be responsible for designing and developing electrical and high-frequency magnetic components, ensuring compliance with performance standards, and supporting customer technical inquiries.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required.
• Interest in new product design and development required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Familiarity with CAD, 3D modelling or electrical design tools required.

Responsabilidades

• Support the design and development of electrical and high-frequency magnetic components.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop customer-specific solutions.
• Assist with simulations, modeling, and analysis.
• Perform testing, validation, documentation, and design updates.
• Optimize designs for efficiency, thermal performance, and manufacturability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and performance standards.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical review, and design execution.
• Maintain drawings, specifications, BOMs, and test documentation.
• Support customer technical questions related to designs and applications.
