Norris Cylinder Company in Huntsville, AL is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and implement electrical and electromechanical systems for heavy industrial manufacturing. The role requires hands-on development of automation solutions, PLC programming, and control system integration.

The engineer will create wiring diagrams in AutoCAD, ensure compliance with OSHA and NEC standards, and lead project teams from concept through installation at our on-site facility.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience programming PLCs and other control devices used in heavy industrial manufacturing equipment.

Mansioni

• Designs automation systems that utilize controls, robots, VFDs, PID devices and electrical, thermal, and fluid power systems.
• Designs, programs, and maintains PLC controls for industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Produces and maintains wiring diagrams and schematics in AutoCAD.
• Directs installation activities to ensure conformance to engineering design and safety requirements.
