Job summary

WestRock Coffee is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support plant operations by designing, maintaining, and upgrading electrical systems, controls, and equipment. The role collaborates with Operations, Health and Safety, Engineering, QA, and external vendors to ensure safe, compliant performance that drives efficiency.

Qualifications include a BS in Engineering, 5+ years of project engineering, strong reading of P&ID/ drawings, CAD (AutoCAD LT), and proficient Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater in an Engineering discipline (or similar technical area).
• Five years of project engineering experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience managing projects with a scope in excess of (2M dollars)
• Extensive Project Management Experience managing interdisciplinary projects
• Ability to read and develop Process Flow and Piping and Instrumentation diagrams; ability to read and interpret Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical drawings
• Work with minimal guidance
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Project, Outlook & Visio
• Advanced understanding and functional use of AutoCAD LT or similar CAD software
• Have good communication skills
• Ability to multi task
• Must have good mathematical skills
• Formal Project Management training preferred

• Thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations, and sketches
