Job summary

Fountain Services is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead and strengthen our Engineering Department supporting major commercial and industrial electrical construction projects throughout the Southeast. This is a department leadership role focused on people, technical guidance, problem-solving, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will lead a team of approximately 8–10 engineering professionals while partnering closely with Project Management, Estimating, VDC/BIM, Field Operations,

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• 8+ years of electrical engineering or commercial/industrial construction experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution and NEC standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an 8–10 person engineering team.
• Provide technical direction and review deliverables for accuracy and constructability.
• Partner with PM, Estimating, VDC/BIM, Field Operations, Prefabrication, and Leadership.
• Improve engineering processes, standards, and quality control.
• Support Design-Build and Design-Assist projects from concept to completion.
