Job summary

The position oversees design solutions as Engineer of Record, guiding studies and projects with a focus on NEC compliance and REVIT proficiency. Travel 5-10% to sites or offices is expected.

You will mentor junior staff and manage multiple concurrent projects, delivering high-quality designs within schedule and budget while collaborating with the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a PE license are required.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
• Strong proficiency in REVIT and familiarity with NEC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation of technical electrical design solutions and studies, acting as the Engineer of Record (EOR).
• Analyze, develop, and evaluate electrical systems to meet project specs and standards.
• Design and draft blueprints, visit job sites, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Apply engineering techniques and conduct analyses to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Lead, coach, and mentor junior staff; potentially act as a first-level supervisor.
• Handle complex technical issues independently, escalating only the most intricate problems.
