**YOUR ROLE:**
- Serve as the lead electrical engineer on projects, guiding multi-discipline teams in creating detailed electrical design and construction documents for healthcare and institutional facilities
- Conduct and direct evaluations of electrical systems, including fire alarms and specialty building systems
- Execute electrical engineering design tasks, ensuring completion within set budgetary and timeline constraints
- Mentor junior staff members in electrical design best practices and facilitate their professional growth
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other engineering disciplines
- Actively engage in developing new opportunities and clients in the electrical engineering field for municipal and industrial projects
**WHAT YOU NEED:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional engineer (PE) license in Florida, or the ability to obtain it quickly through reciprocity
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for familiarity with medium voltage and control systems
- High technical aptitude and a passion for staying updated in the field
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated with the capability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving and criminal record
