Job summary

Matrix Packaging Machinery, a division of ProMach, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support our vertical form, fill, seal machines and line automation. You will assemble BOMs, electrical drawings, and control panels while coordinating with Sales and Engineering teams.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical engineering, a BS in EET or an equivalent associate degree, and experience with Studio 5000 and PanelView platforms. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Electrical Engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
• BS in Electrical Engineering Technology or associate degree with relevant experience.
• Experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLCs and automation networking.

Responsibilities

• Create BOMs, electrical drawings, and panel layout diagrams.
• Review and validate design documentation and parts lists.
• Write or modify PLC and HMI code.
• Troubleshoot electrical and software automation issues.
• Provide construction and power-up support for machines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Mechanical Eng, Productions and Service.
• Participate in project and product meetings.
• Demonstrate machine testing and conduct Factory Acceptance Tests.
