Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of construction experience.
Professional Engineer License preferred.
Must have overseas experience.
Strong knowledge of U.S. standards and codes.
Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with codes, specifications, and safety standards.
Evaluate RFIs, change requests, and technical issues.
