Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Madison, PA is seeking an Electrical Engineer to perform design activities across the full design process, including cost estimating, specifications, detailed design, and field deployment of new tooling. You will travel up to 20% and report to the Sr Manager of Inspection Technology, onsite five days per week at our Waltz Mill facility.

This role supports nuclear plant inspections and requires a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and 2+ years of relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and create electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical engineering design evaluations and analyses. Specify components for use in systems.
• Create and revise procedures to support design or field activities.
• Support troubleshooting, repair and functional testing of electro/mechanical robotic equipment.
• Interface with vendors and other internal functional groups on engineering level work to obtain information necessary to perform work assignments.
• Identify and recommend improvements in processes/equipment on continuing basis and help with implementation.
• Support field implementation and troubleshooting of equipment used for inspections at nuclear plant sites.
