Job summary

Olin Corporation seeks an Electrical Engineer for the NGSW Equipping program in Independence, MO. You will design electrical control systems and lead implementation for industrial equipment, focusing on Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and related automation.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years in control systems, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. Travel approx. 10% and a potential $5,000 sign-on bonus are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• At least 3 years designing and programming control systems.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMIs preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical control systems for industrial automation equipment (480V and below).
• Evaluate and propose components and strategies to improve quality, performance and cost.
• Program control devices (Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servos, vision cameras).
• Develop electrical specifications and coordinate with vendors through design and build phases.
• Lead and support capital projects, including RCA and corrective actions.
