Job summary

Amrize is seeking a New Graduate Engineer Electrical at its Midlothian, TX cement plant. The role focuses on supervising electricians and executing maintenance and control system projects to maximize equipment reliability. The New Graduate will participate in a 16-month Build4Growth program blending online learning, on-the-job assignments, and projects.

Educational requirements include a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or 3 years of equivalent experience. Travel is 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or 3 years equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years of work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Travel requirements: 5%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the electrical and instrumentation technicians in daily work orders and projects.
• Perform electrical preventive and predictive maintenance; collect and analyze data.
• Document electrical schematics and manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure system programming meets environmental compliance.
• Maintain system documentation and equipment files.
