The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hardware design experience and a strong background in motor control and PCB design, with production experience.

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

• Design and develop motor driver electronics and control hardware
• Create compact, high-density PCB designs
• Develop power distribution and motor drive architectures
• Optimize thermal performance and electrical efficiency
• Conduct hardware validation, testing, and debugging
• Ensure reliability, EMI/EMC compliance, and manufacturability
• Collaborate with Controls, Embedded Software, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams
• Support product launch and scale-up activities
