Qualifications

• US Citizen required for North Mankato facility.

Responsibilities

• Design rotating electrical equipment such as generators and motors for commercial, industrial, or military applications.
• Direct manufacturing and testing activities to meet specifications.
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
• Mentor and train coworkers as required.
• Analyze test results and implement remedial measures.
• Apply Lean and Quality initiatives in cross-functional environments.
• Support manufacturing and testing systems and update ERP/PLM records as needed.
