Job summary

Gilder Search Group is looking for a mid-level Electrical Engineer to support the design and implementation of electrical systems for mission-critical facilities. You will work closely with a Senior Electrical Engineer to develop electrical designs for data centers and high-reliability environments.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Electrical Engineering, 3-7 years experience, and knowledge of industry standards. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Electrical Engineering; experience in mission-critical or data center projects preferred.
• EIT required; PE License preferred or in progress.
• Strong knowledge of energy efficiency strategies for high-reliability facilities.
• Experience in design-build or integrated project delivery (IPD) environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical designs for mission-critical projects under Senior Engineer direction.
• Produce power distribution and redundancy designs for data centers.
• Perform power system analyses and prepare construction documents.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate systems.
