Electrical Engineer - Mid-Level

Location: Camarillo, CA (93012) (On-Site)

We design and manufacture ruggedized power solutions for critical applications across defense, aerospace, and energy sectors. We're looking to add a Mid-Level Electrical Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and takes pride in seeing their designs come to life.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead the design and development of Mil-Spec power supplies from concept through production.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical engineers, customers, and suppliers to ensure technical success.
  • Create and review detailed schematics, PCB layouts, and technical reports.
  • Support and improve legacy products, including documentation review and updates.
  • Perform hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and validation in the engineering lab.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
  • Participate in customer meetings and provide technical guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant military and commercial standards (EMI, environmental, etc.).
What You Need For This Job
  • Proficiency in Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout (or ability to learn quickly).
  • Strong foundation in analog electronics and power supply design.
  • Familiarity with military standards for environmental, power, and EMI compliance.
  • Comfort working in a lab environment with oscilloscopes, DMMs, soldering tools, and power supplies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to write and edit clear, concise technical documentation.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, teach, and adapt.
