Job summary

Stanley Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team in a hybrid work arrangement. The position involves working on energy projects across industrial, water/wastewater, federal, and power generation sectors, with growing focus on renewables such as microgrids and PV systems.

You will lead electrical design, perform critical calculations, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring NEC compliance and safe operations at multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited EE degree required.
• 2-8 years electrical engineering experience.
• Experience across industrial, water/wastewater, federal, and power generation sectors.
• Ability to develop drawings and specifications.
• Capable of basic engineering calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical work on diverse energy projects and coordinate with other engineers.
• Perform load flow, short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies.
• Design microgrid, battery storage, and PV systems with modeling.
• Ensure NEC-compliant electrical design for medium and low voltage systems.
• Support campus and building distribution systems; interact with vendors.
