CMTA, Inc is seeking an Electrical Engineer to provide design services, mentor junior staff, and lead projects in the Austin, TX market. You will ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards while coordinating with the electrical team and other design disciplines.

The role emphasizes client relationship building, timely delivery, and staying within budget, with opportunities to influence CMTA's growth in a fast-expanding market.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in electrical design and project development.
• EIT or PE licensed Electrical Engineer.
• Proven leadership, organization, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours as deadlines require.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and Revit experience.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify client goals and meet expectations and deadlines.
• Engineer power, lighting, communications, and life safety for projects.
• Mentor engineers-in-training and collaborate with design teams.
• Attend onsite visits to verify construction progress aligns with design.
• Build trusting client relationships and manage project budgets.
