Job summary

Magee Technologies (MTech) seeks a Journeyman Electrical Engineer to support design, testing, and integration of electrical systems for military aircraft. You will provide technical guidance during fabrication and testing, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.

Minimum 3 years in electrical/electronic system design with ABET-accredited degree; travel up to 10% and an active security clearance or ability to obtain one are required.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree and at least 3 years in electrical/electronic design.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power, digital and analog systems, RF, and circuit design.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for program activities.
• Active Secret clearance or higher (ability to obtain interim clearance).

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and test electrical components for military aircraft.
• Prepare and review engineering analyses, reports, and technical documentation.
• Develop maintenance and testing procedures for electronic equipment.
• Guide technicians during fabrication, installation, and testing to ensure design fidelity.
• Analyze signals and waveforms (digital, analog, RF) and evaluate MIL-STD-1553/ARINC 429 data buses.
• Communicate findings and status to engineering leadership and teams.
