The MIL Corporation seeks an Electrical Engineer, Journeyman (Engineering, Analyst) that will support our Naval Aviation acquisition programs, which has an exciting opportunity supporting a major ACAT developmental program. The MIL Corporation provides a full range of engineering services including cyber resiliency engineering, vulnerability research, software and hardware penetration testing, reverse engineering, support of the NAVAIR Red Team, as well as other System Security Engineering (SSE) support to Naval Aviation acquisition programs. This position will be based onsite at the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division in Patuxent River, Maryland.
This position currently requires an on-site schedule and is eligible for Compressed Work Schedule (CWS). Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements. NOTE: This is a non-CSWF designated position.
10 - 15% to other sites, as needed
BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Software, Network, Cyber Security, Systems Engineering, or related derivative degrees. Masters degree may be considered in lieu of 2 years of experience . An Associate’s Degree with 4 years of additional work experience (7 years total) OR HS Diploma/Equivalent with 6 years of additional work experience (9 years total) may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
All applicants for this position must possess a current Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain a Top-Secret/SCI clearance; please note that the clearance process considers financial background aspects.

For this position, the projected compensation range is $70,000 - $104,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL’s complete compensation package.
