Qualifications
- Enrollment in Mechanical, Industrial, or Controls Engineering program.
- Minimum of 1 year of college or technical school.
- Exposure to manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Understand the requirements of executing Capital Engineering projects.
- Assist with the execution of key project milestones and deliverables.
- Utilize our project governance model and communicate status with key stakeholders.
- Develop proficiency in AI-enabled tools to support project work.
- Participate in design collaboration and machine development with Fenner and its partners.
- Develop an understanding of Continuous improvement and LEAN manufacturing principles.
