Job summary

Armstrong World Industries is seeking an Engineering Intern to apply technical skills and gain a deep understanding of Armstrong products, processes, and test requirements. You will start with an internship that lets you tackle real electrical engineering challenges in a large manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include completing an engineering project, troubleshooting equipment, and contributing to capital projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a min 3.0 GPA.
• Must be within 24 months of graduation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Complete an assigned engineering project during the internship.
• Troubleshoot electrical manufacturing equipment.
• Support capital engineering projects across varied plant areas.
• Develop an understanding of the Project Management Life Cycle: specs, scheduling, installation, and closeout.
