Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation seeks an Electrical Engineer for its Pittsburgh location. In this role, you will design insulation systems and work closely with shop personnel to address electrical engineering issues related to manufacturing.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. A competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, along with generous benefits, will be provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Electrical Engineering involved with rotating equipment and insulation systems.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearances and approvals.
• Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens.

Responsibilities

• Interact and work with shop personnel to resolve production insulation issues.
• Prepare schedules for accomplishing tasks within estimates.
• Assess insulation designs and conduct tests like partial discharge, voltage endurance, and thermal endurance.
