Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the electrical planning, installation, wiring, commissioning, and startup of manufacturing equipment. This role will work closely with engineering, maintenance, contractors, equipment suppliers, and operations to ensure electrical systems are safely and effectively installed, tested, and brought into production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, one-lines, wiring diagrams, and equipment drawings.
• Experience coordinating contractors, equipment suppliers, and cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate electrical systems for new manufacturing equipment and plant expansions.
• Develop and review electrical layouts, wiring plans, schematics, panel designs, and equipment specifications.
• Support installation and wiring of production equipment, control panels, motors, drives, and related electrical systems.
• Lead or support electrical startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and equipment turnover to operations.
• Work with contractors and vendors to ensure electrical installations meet project requirements and applicable codes.
• Troubleshoot electrical power, controls, and equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, company electrical standards, and applicable safety requirements.
