Job summary

Qualifications

4-year degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
5–7 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Proficiency in CAD; AutoCAD preferred.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Report plant outages, upsets, and emergencies.
Engineer solutions to quality and safety problems and reduce waste.
Assist in development of new electrical distribution systems.
Design, install, and commission new equipment with minimal production disruption.
Analyze downtime and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Coordinate maintenance of plant electrical power systems and distribution.
Lead energy savings initiatives and track savings.
Train team members on SOPs and conduct regular audits.
Identify and update spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
Oversee contractors and vendors as needed.
