Job summary

WHOOP is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to advance wearable hardware performance, reliability, and scalability. You’ll design, test, and debug low-power mixed-signal circuits, drive PCB development, and bring hardware from prototype to production.

You will partner with mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve complex challenges. The role emphasizes hands-on schematic work, board bring-up, ECOs, and continuous improvement, with up to 15% travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• Experience reading schematics and using ECAD tools.
• Hands-on circuit design, prototyping, testing, and debugging.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Experience with hardware validation and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, characterize, and debug electrical circuits and systems.
• Develop schematic design and PCB development, board bring-up, and design iterations.
• Plan and execute electrical experiments and validation testing.
• Analyze test data and improve circuit performance, power, signal integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers; support NPI and ECOs.
• Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
