Job summary

You will provide engineering expertise on inverter performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive reliability improvements through data analysis and root-cause investigations.

The role requires 2–4+ years of electrical engineering experience, strong schematic reading, effective communication, and project leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with strong electrical experience.
• 2–4+ years of engineering, systems integration, or technical support roles, preferably with 1–3+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Problem solving and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for operational issues of the inverter fleet in solar and storage assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to resolve performance issues (Control Center, SCADA, on-site technicians).
• Identify and resolve equipment reliability and performance issues to maximize inverter performance.
• Lead root cause investigations and analysis.
• Develop procedures and technical documentation for safe and efficient inverter operation.
