RTX in Rhode Island is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to join the Undersea & Electronics Systems department in Portsmouth. You will work on analog, digital, mixed-signal and power design for complex aerospace hardware, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust designs onsite.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM and experience in relevant design areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM field required.
• Experience in Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal or Power Design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical design experience in Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal, or Power Design.
• Support the factory and suppliers with product integration.
• Collaborate across multiple disciplines/functions to solve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Validate design functionality by rapid prototyping and/or simulation.
• Participate in design peer reviews, resolve action items, and conduct trade studies to make sound technical decisions.
• Occasional CONUS travel to customer sites or suppliers is generally required.
• International and longer duration travel assignments are available but optional.
