Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering and at least two years of relevant experience; no substitutions.
• Experience leading tasks applying engineering principles to plan, design, develop, test, and supervise production.
• Experience evaluating performance and reliability of military prototypes or first articles tests and recommending changes.
• Experience reviewing, analyzing, developing, preparing, and applying engineering specifications, policies, standards, or procedures and proposing design alternatives.
