This role involves assisting in the production and modification of design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans, and specifications for assigned projects. You will perform research, development, calculations, design, and delivery in collaboration with the project team. Apply engineering techniques, procedures, and design criteria across projects of varying size and complexity. Use your technical knowledge to support project execution and evaluation, developing conceptual and detailed designs with current tools, programs, and software. Contribute to successful project delivery for a diverse client portfolio.

What You'll Do:

1. Complete assigned tasks within schedule and hours provided.
2. Prepare or modify project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
3. Develop project quantities and assist with cost estimates.
4. Support engineering teams with organization and administrative tasks related to design files.
5. Complete various tasks independently, including research, data collection, field investigations, and project development and design.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience, or
2. Master’s degree in Engineering with 1 year of relevant experience.

What You'll Bring:

1. Experience in designing low and medium voltage power distribution, roadway, tunnel, and/or building lighting, security systems, fiber optics, communications, electrical motors, and drives.
2. Support during construction phases.

What We Prefer:

1. Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
2. Knowledge of MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.
